A combination that gives each piece a weight and texture you don't get from resin or cold cast metal. The material absorbs and reflects light in a way that makes the high-gloss lacquer finish feel alive rather than simply decorative. Each piece casts its own unique shadow, part of the installation, changing as the daylight moves through the day.
